UNITS ARE NON SMOKING & PLEASE NO PETS INSIDE

deposit of $400.00 (CND) per week will be taken at the time
of the booking. Full payment must be made in advance of
occupancy. $300 will be held on authorized credit card for
insurance deductible, damage, missing items or if units
are not returned clean, etc. Unused portion (hopefully all
of it) will be credited back to the credit card within
5 days of rental return.
deposit will be refunded if the unit can be re-rented for
the same time period, less a $100.00 per week charge. So
give us as much lead time as you can.
of $300.00 deductible (per occurrence) is included on all
stationary rentals, delivered and set up.
IN & CHECK OUT TIMES:
- RVS DELIVERED TO CAMPSITES:
in time is 3:00 pm: we will do our best to have your
unit delivered and set up as soon as possible on your site.
out time is 10:00 am: this gives us time to service
and move the unit. No refunds for early return.

/ CLEANING / DAMAGE
units come equipped:
- Coffee maker
- Vacuum cleaner
- Leveling Blocks
- Cleaning supplies
- Portable water hose
- Safety flares (reflectors)
- Sewage hose & gloves
Please wipe down with the disinfectant supplied; all
sinks, counters, tabletops, appliances and tubs/shower stalls.
Floors should be vacuumed / washed and the inside of the
fridge and microwave wiped clean.

must be returned clean and undamaged or charges will apply.
Bedding, pillows and towels are not included
The Fridge must be LEVEL while Motorhome is STATIONARY. Air bubble in level (in bottom of freezer) must touch the inner ring.
Awnings damage easily and are the full responsibility of the renter. Awnings must be retracted in windy conditions and drained properly of water (lower one corner). The awning manufacturers recommend awnings be retracted in windy conditions and/or during rain and will not warranty awnings for wind or rain damage. Ensure that awnings are raised high enough over the entrance door so rubbing does not occur. Insurance deductible is $ 300.00 per occurrence. TO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, LEAVE THE AWNING RETRACTED IN THE UPRIGHT POSITION.
WITHOUT SERVICES: (SURCHARGE MAY APPLY)
water sparingly as the fresh water tanks are limited in

Insurance Broker will give you a pre-printed card to show
the rental agency. It will provide a phone number for rental
agencies to call to confirm your coverage. See
ICBC for RoadStar Package information.
The renter agress that any and all damage occurring while in the renter's possission will be claimed through their ICBC RoadStar Policy. Any extra charges arising from such damage and not paid by ICBC will be paid by the renter and charged to their credit card or paid through other means.

- Miles will be charged at $ .10 per mile.
- Vehicles are not premitted to enter Mexico at any time. Travel to Death Valley is limited to the low season.
- NORTHERN TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
A surcharge of $ 450.00(Cdn) will allow the renter to travel through the following areas: Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, Cassiar Highway, Highway 35 north of Peace River and Northwest/Yukon Territories - Alaska.
drivers must possess a drivers license valid for the entire
rental period. Minimum age is 35 years old. Only drivers
listed on the contact are allowed to drive. No special license
renter is responsible for the cost of all fuels, such as
gas, oil, and propane, during the rental period and must
ensure that all levels are topped up before returning the
motorhome, or a reasonable surcharge will apply.

renter is responsible for:
coolant and engine oil levels at each refueling.
mechanical failures immediately.
- Get authorization before any repair. The renter may be held
responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in
operation and or performing normal maintenance.
parts and receipts for items replaced by a repair shop
in order to be refunded.
RENTERS RESPONSIBILITIES - LOSSES NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE
renter is responsible for all traffic violations and parking tickets. The renter will be held responsible for any damage due to negligence in the operation and/or regular maintenance of the vehicle.
tire pressure, engine oil, fluids and coolant levels at each refueling.
- Damage caused by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Damage caused to the engine due to failure to use specified fuel.
- Damage or repairs due to travel in restricted areas.
- Damage due to failure to maintain fluid levels.
- Tires and wheels damaged by hitting road hazards or objects on the road.
- Damage caused by the freezing of vehicle's systems.
- Deliberate or willful damage by any member of the group or any guest.
- Damage occuring while the vehicle is operated by anyone under 35 years or over 75 years or not licensed.
- Damage or injury while the vehicle has more passengers than seat belts.
- Damage or injury to the occupants of the vehicle under no circumstances are covered by the insurance.
- Damage or injury while the vehicle is used for the transportation of contraband or for illegal trade.
- Renter always pays all costs for losses not covered by insurance.
Any extension of the rental date must have prior approval of Alseasons RV Rental. Failure to comply may result in the unit being reported to the authorities as stolen.
